The Group Debriefing Sessions
The objectives of this debriefing session are to:
• further develop selected skills
• allow participants to share experiences and concerns
• maintain commitment to the program because each participant knows that s/he will be held
accountable at this session
• evaluate the program
• put together a common message to senior management about your organization's writing
culture and how we might work together to change it.
Personal tutorials can replace the debriefing session for groups which are located overseas.
