A Group Web-cast
The objectives of the web-casts are to:
• address issues arising from the coaching
• further develop selected skills
• allow participants to share experiences and concerns
• re-establish the relationship between the coach and the group
• motivate participants by enriching this integrated program with another learning mode.
Participants log on from their own PC at the allotted time. The coach and the participants can work together on text through this software. They can also see and hear each other.
